Complete Vacant Unit Cleaning Includes:
Living Room/Bedrooms: Cleaning windows inside (every floor), outside (ground level only), fireplace, ceiling fans, light fixtures, switch/outlet covers, heaters, closets (inside & outside), all doors, sliding doors, patios/balconies, vacuuming all carpets, sweeping, mopping, and steam cleaning floors.
Kitchen/Bathroom: Deep cleaning all appliances inside and out, wiping down the hot water heater, cleaning countertops, sinks, cupboards, drawers (inside & out), washing all light fixtures and cover plates, scrubbing toilets (inside & out), scrubbing bathtubs, mirrors, walls, and washing floors.
● Pricing: $1.25 - $2.25 per square foot (depending on space size, frequency of cleaning, and scope of cleaning)
● Customizable cleaning plans available
Need a quick refresh after maintenance, vendor work, or leasing traffic? Our Spiff Clean service is available at half the original quoted price.
● Includes: Checking for cobwebs and dust, wiping all countertops, windowsills, window tracks, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sweeping exterior front door and patio/balcony as needed.
If you wish to have team members return to perform additional cleaning, or to tidy up after work performed in the unit by maintenance staff or other vendors, or from tours/leasing traffic, etc., after it has already been cleaned.
Construction Clean-Up
Pricing: $1.50-$2.50 per sq. ft. + $50 per truckload for debris + $50 for appliance disposal
Debris Removal
Rough Clean: This initial stage focuses on removing large debris like leftover materials, wood scraps, and packaging.
Disposal: Ensuring proper disposal of construction waste according to local regulations.
Dust and Dirt Removal
Vacuuming and Sweeping: Thoroughly vacuuming and sweeping all surfaces, including floors, walls, and ceilings.
Wiping Down Surfaces: Cleaning and wiping down doors, knobs, baseboards, moldings, and hardware.
Cleaning Windows and Glass: Washing windows, glass doors, and partitions.
Removing Stickers and Labels: Removing any stickers or labels from glass, appliances, or other surfaces.
Cleaning Specific Areas
Bathrooms: Cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms, ensuring fixtures are clean and working properly.
Kitchens: Cleaning countertops, appliances, cabinets, and drawers.
Living/Common Areas: Ensuring these areas are clear of debris, with clean floors, lights, and fixtures.
Exterior: Dusting exterior lights and cleaning entryways.
Addressing Stains and Spots
Tackling Stains: Addressing paint and caulking splashes, adhesive residue, and other stains.
Scrubbing: Scrubbing down plywood or concrete to ensure new flooring is installed correctly.
Final Touches
Ensuring Working Order: Making sure all lights, appliances, and fixtures are in working order.
